Shipping/Returns

We offer the service of drop shipping directly to your customers.  The Packing Slip and Freight label will read with your information, not ours. This is called shipping “blind”.  This is a great way for you to save freight charges for customers that have placed special orders and you want us to ship it directly to them.  We ship both Fedex and UPS and you are notified through email of the tracking number for every shipment.  If you prefer us to use your UPS/Fedex account, we can do so.  We have a customary $2 handling charge applied to every shipment.  Please be advised that shipments are only insured up to $100.00.  If you would like to increase the insured amount, please contact us for a quote.

Return Policy
If an error on our part is made on your order, we will make the necessary corrections.  Any merchandise you receive that is defective can also be returned as long as it has not been used.  Please notify us within 5 days from receipt of your order and we will determine whether to have you send the product back for us to correct, or if we will just send a new item and have you return the wrong item. Return authorizations must be issued for any return.


We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn.  Unfortunately, clips and rubber bands cannot be guaranteed.  We use the highest quality available in rubber bands and most clips and rubber bands will break at some point in time depending on their usage. 

We stock a large variety of items and if you have ordered the wrong stocked item we can occasionally take those items back.  However, if you ordered customized items with specific ribbon or fabric made to your specifications and you are not satisfied with these items they are not returnable if the error was on your part.
